Smart Car Parking System

Microcontroller-based monitoring — gas detection, slot tracking, entry control & security PIN

System Online
Parking Lot — Live View
Isometric overview of all 10 parking bays. Occupied slots show a coloured car. The entry barrier arm reflects the current traffic light state — green means open, red means blocked.
Entry Signal
Controls the physical gate at the lot entrance. Automatically switches to red when a gas leak is detected or all slots are full. Manually cycle it to test gate behaviour.
Entry Open
Barrier raised.
Vehicles may enter.
Vehicle Counter
4-digit 7-segment display driven by Arduino Timer1 interrupt (pins 9–12). Increments each time a vehicle passes the entry sensor button on pin A0. Resets at 9999.

Gas Sensor (MQ Series)
Reads a digital HIGH/LOW from pin D1. When gas is detected, the buzzer on pin 13 pulses at 80 ms intervals and the red LED blinks rapidly as a visual alert.
Safe — No Gas Detected

Buzzer: OFF  |  LED: Solid

Slot Status — 10 Spaces
Each cell is one parking bay. When all 10 are occupied the entry signal automatically turns red. Click any slot to toggle its state manually.

Security Access
A 4-digit PIN stored on the microcontroller protects gate override and system settings. Unauthorised PIN attempts are ignored, keeping the lot secure.

Status: Locked
